According to a leasing document obtained by RPAI (Retail Properties of America, Inc), a national beauty chain is opening in the former Shoe Carnival space at Newnan Crossing at 591 Bullsboro Drive. We went by to check it out earlier this week and noticed the word ULTA spray painted on the window. Unit I-1A where ULTA would be opening is around 10,000 square feet which is the same size as the current location at Ashley Park. At time of publication it is not known what business will take the spot of the Ashley Park ULTA location.Â
There is not a timeframe on an expected move as the buildout at Newnan Crossing is just now taking place. ULTA has recently expanded their footprint across west Georgia with an upcoming store opening in both Carrollton and Rome. Rumblings of a store coming to LaGrange have surfaced as well.
In other Ashley Park news, three new businesses have recently opened in the center with Spirit Halloween coming to the former spot of Monkey Joe’s for the Halloween season.
