The owner and creator Ceandrys Black reveals, ” The inspiration for Raw Body Essentials was derived from our search for natural perfume creations when the need for healing my daughter and grandchild’s eczema became a priority. We offer organic, nature-based skincare and beauty products with the most sensitive-skinned customer in mind. Along with an entire line of beard and shaving supplies, bath infusers, scrubs, soaps, pet supplies, and more, there is plenty to appeal to the entire family.”
Ceandrys continues, “I am a Certified Aromatherapy Specialist, so on any given day customers can find me mixing a creamy batch of body butters or crafting a new antioxidant-filled soap recipe. Also, adventurous patrons can indulge in our D.I.Y bar, crafting their own natural massage candles and bath products to meet their individual needs and scent profiles.”
Raw Body Essentials was created in 2016 in Hawaii. Ceandrys explains, “Newnan is our company’s second location. Our flagship retail store is located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. We wanted to bring ‘some Aloha to the South.’ I fell in love with the area of Newnan, and God
wanted me to be here. The people are so open and kind. It’s the City of Homes, and home means family to me, the Hawaiian concept of ‘Ohana.” With the lush greenery and open blue sky of the Ashley Park Shopping Center, it’s a perfect fit.”
