The Avenue Peachtree City, a premier outdoor lifestyle shopping center, announced today it is welcoming five new tenants to its lineup of retailers and restaurants. Celebrating their openings now through the winter are Souls by LT, High Country Outfitters, Takko, SUPER CHIX, and Movement Mortgage. These tenants join the existing dynamic mix of national retailers, local merchants and specialty restaurants such as Sephora, Lululemon, LoveSac, Positano Pizza Napoletana, and more.

FASHION TENANTS
Souls by LT – Opening September 2021
Women’s fashion footwear boutique, Souls by LT, opened their first location in Panama City Beach and will be opening a new location in a 1,488 sq ft. unit at the Avenue Peachtree City this September. Souls has made it their mission to give back to communities and non-profits that help in the fight against human trafficking. Lizard Thicket Boutique, the retailer’s parent company, has been one of Peachtree City’s favorite shopping destinations for many years with their corporate office residing minutes from The Avenue Peachtree City.
High Country Outfitters – Opening October 2021
High Country Outfitters is a locally owned and operated outdoor gear and clothing business headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Atlanta’s premier outdoor shop, High Country offers a wide assortment of adventure gear, apparel and footwear for men and women from brands like Patagonia, On Running, Free Fly Apparel, Vuori, Arc’teryx, Yeti, Big Green Egg and more. High Country will be joining the Peachtree City community this fall with a 4,017 sq ft. storefront located in suite 600 in the shopping center.

Takko – Opening Winter 2021
Korrean Taqueria, Takko, will open its third location at 316 City Circle, a 2,008 sq ft. unit at The Avenue Peachtree City. The first of its kind in Peachtree City, Takko combines traditional Korean meats and spices with the easy-to-eat style of Mexican tacos and burritos. Inspired by executive chef Tomas Lee’s Korean roots, Takko will be open for lunch and dinner daily offering a bold and unexpected mix of Korean and Mexican flavors in perfectly balanced dishes.
SUPER CHIX – Opening Winter 2021
SUPER CHIX is a premium counter-casual dining experience that brings together fresh ingredients, and first-class preparation methods and recipes, in a fun and welcoming dining environment. The restaurant specializes in crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches and tenders, hand-cut fries, fresh salads, and in-store churned, hand-dipped premium frozen custard. The fast-growing franchise will be expanding to the South Atlanta market this winter, bringing the last true chicken sandwich to suite 1640, a 3,805 sq ft. unit at The Avenue at Peachtree City.
