Local artists of all ages wishing to enter the Carrollton Center for the Arts’ Season’s Greetings Card Art Competition can submit their work until October 1.
All entries will become part of an exhibition hosted at the center, November 4 – December 17. One design will be chosen to be the Center for the Arts’ seasonal greeting card. The winning piece will be purchased by the center and become part of their private collection. A reception will open the exhibition, November 4, 5:00 p.m.

The center will also present another installment of its popular Gallery Play Saturdays workshop series, Handmade Cards, November 13, from 3 – 5:00 p.m. Crafters, creatives and families will access a variety of materials to make an assortment of cards. Small children will need to work with parents or older family members and materials will be provided. The Handmade Cards Gallery Play workshop is free.
