A quaint new 23-lot community with lot sizes ranging from .50 to 1.23 acres is under construction directly off Highway 16 near Beulah Church Road, just west of Carrollton and east of Mt Zion. These ranch and two-story homes are craftsman-style homes with spacious floor plans and peaceful wooded setting.
Originally the community had been abandoned by a former developer. A new builder, Mike Farrar, purchased the property and took over the project six months ago. The land was cleared of overgrowth and cleaned. The new stone entrance reading “Capstone Falls” has just been placed with landscaping.
Capstone Falls is zoned for the Mt. Zion school district and in close proximity to the University of West Georgia, which makes it primed for faculty and staff looking for somewhere to live. The new community is being marketed by The Nestwell Group, and those interested can click here for more information.
