For those shopping like us at The Avenue Peachtree City, a startling closing sign definitely caught us off guard this week. One of the original tenants of The Avenue, Banana Republic is closing its storefront which has been open for twenty years. Currently a closing sale is well underway with discounts between 30%-50% off. A team member from Banana Republic informed us that the store decided not to renew their lease, however a lease for a brand new tenant should be signed soon. The space is around 8,000 square feet.
