Altogether Awarded: City of Carrollton Celebrates A Year of Recognition

The City of Carrollton will remember 2021 as a year of being “altogether awarded.” At the Carrollton City Council meeting on December 6, Mayor Betty Cason read a list of nearly forty awards, recognition, and accomplishments that the city’s departments and staff had achieved over the last year. Among those accolades, fourteen belong to the recreation & parks departments, ten belong to the water & wastewater departments, eleven to the police department, three to the fire department, and one for community development. The list is as follows:
