The Asian fusion restaurant Nama is celebrating their fourth anniversary in business! Located on Adamson Square, Nama has enjoyed serving the Carrollton community over the years. “Their support is what keeps us going,” said Derek Huynh, owner of Nama. “We are so glad to continue to serve our community and look forward to seeing what the next year has planned for us.”
Nama has had to evolve during their tenure on the square. They have had to adapt a flourishing business into a restaurant that is surviving during the pandemic. “Supply wise has been a struggle at times. Certain foods have increased in prices or are simply not available through our distributors. We have been working to adjust to these changes. We’ve recently updated our menu and are sadly unable to offer pad thai and pad see ew since we are unable to get the correct ingredients,” continued Huynh.
Nama will have a number of specials to celebrate their fourth anniversary. The owner elaborated, “We will be having specials on our OG sushi rolls as well as special prices for our crafted house cocktails! It’s always a blast having the community as well as former/ current employees come out to celebrate.”
The popular Asian fusion restaurant is very thankful for its employees and staff. They are the lifeblood of what makes the company successful. “We would also like to thank our amazing staff. Everyone here is one big Nama family.” The owner concluded, “For our future we want to continue to serve quality and delicious foods here at Nama. Also, we are looking at expanding on the square here in Carrollton with a sister restaurant, Chips Burger Bar. Stay tuned for more on that in the coming weeks. We are very excited.”
