Villa Rica Resident Opens Real Estate Service Firm

West Georgia is the newest home for Crye-Leike Real Estate Services. Founded in 1979, Crye-Leike (pronounced CRY-LIKE) operates in nine states and Puerto Rico and in 2021 generated more than eight billion dollars in residential sales. For those that might not be familiar, Crye-Leike Real Estate Services is a firm focused on the success and satisfaction of client relationships. These relationships are developed through brokers and agents, sellers and buyers, and their vendor partners. You might ask what makes Crye-Leike different? Well, they rise above many other firms in that they are not a transaction-driven business but rather a relationship-building one. Villa Rica resident Rob Smith now runs the Villa Rica firm along with his team of realtors, Jennifer Lammie, Keelyn Crook, Jami Gilham, and his office manager Sarah Baker.

Crye-Leike offers a unique one-stop shopping experience for consumers. They provide many different financial services with home services and mortgage lending, property management, national relocation services, and insurance coverage. This format allows Crye-Leike to meet each client’s needs.

The current real estate market in west Georgia continues to be red-hot with the limited supply of houses for sale combining with strong demand creating great opportunities for sellers and unique challenges for buyers.

Rob Smith suggests, “First-time homebuyers should have a pre-approval letter from a qualified lender stating the value that they are pre-approved.”

Smith elaborates, “Crye-Leike offers Ribbon, a program that enables pre-approved buyers to present a cash offer as opposed to a conventional, FHA, VA, or USDA loan. This is presented to the seller as a cash offer that is the strongest offer that can be made in the market today. Ribbon differentiates traditional buyers from investment companies. Homebuyers, who have a pre-approval letter from a qualified lender in hand, can utilize the Ribbon program’s evaluation model to submit the strongest offer possible for the house they select.”

To help buyers and sellers in west Georgia make their best decisions Crye-Leike Villa Rica will be hosting a series of Real Estate Seminars starting in March. Registration and Seminar agenda information will be announced shortly.

Rob Smith greatly appreciates the community of Villa Rica, “Villa Rica has continued to be the most welcoming community, and it’s great to live in town.” Crye-Leike Villa Rica is an active member of the Main Street Program and is committed to the positive growth and living experiences in west Georgia. The office is located at 354 W. Bankhead Highway, Villa Rica; the phone number is 770-456-2142, and the website, www.crye-leike.com.
