They have their own car detail university to teach customers how to properly care for their cars with different classes on how to do each detail job correctly. With all the different products they offer, it is important for all their customers to know the most they can about products to get the most value. “Each of our products we sell has a QR code customers can scan,” said Ricky “The code will link our customers to instructions and videos to make sure they are using the product the right way.”
Currently Farrar has visions to expand to other locations in the future. Ricky is realizing how much of a market there is for the industry. “We’ve gotten a really positive reception from the Newnan community. They have been very supportive,” he said. “We are looking forward to beautifying Newnan one car at a time!”
