Officials with Peachtree City have confirmed that the former Bruster’s Ice Cream is coming down to make room for Popeyes. A construction permit was issued on February 21 to Paragon Construction to build the new Popeyes at 103 Lexington Circle near Sprouts Farmers Market.
Construction is to start very soon on the new, freestanding building now that the former Bruster’s is gone. Also in the area, Rock Salt Milk Bar will soon be opening in the shopping center directly behind the new Popeyes. This should make up for your ice cream fix!
