Sushi Chef to the Stars Rolls into Trilith with SENSU Sushi Restaurant & Bar

SENSU Sushi Restaurant & Bar today announced it will open its doors in Trilith’s booming Town Centre on Monday, July 25. The highly anticipated culinary experience by “Sushi to the Stars” purveyor, Alvin Dayrit, will serve world-class, Japanese-style sushi and a full beverage bar.

Dayrit is known for providing clever and intricate on-set catering to the world’s biggest movie stars and major film productions including those with the world’s most famous superheroes. The renowned chef has also been recognized for his signature cocktails and fresh meals, imported from exotic locations around the globe like Faroe Island, Prince Edward Island and more.

“I’ve traveled all over the world cultivating my craft and skills and I’m excited to open in Trilith’s burgeoning Town Centre,” owner and chef Alvin Dayrit said. “My goal is to create an unequaled culinary experience that is inclusive to all, and we’re thrilled to join an impressive group of restaurants and retail establishments. We can’t wait to serve the Trilith and Fayetteville community.”

With nearly 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, Dayrit mastered his craft during his restaurant journey which began in Miami and took him around the world. Since then, the esteemed chef has become wildly popular for catering specialty sushi rolls to some of the most-recognizable names in the film industry.

It’s the ideal addition to Town Centre as we continue to create one of the best dining and tourist destinations in the South.”

Located at 300 Trilith Parkway, Suite 270/275, Fayetteville, Ga., the restaurant will be open Monday through Friday for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5-9 p.m. for dinner and Saturday for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5-10 p.m. for dinner. The bar opens on Friday and Saturday at 4 p.m. to close.

In addition to SENSU, Trilith’s Town Centre features the following establishments: the award-winning Piedmont Wellness Center, The Forest School, a gelato shop, floral market, autonomous grocery store, bakery, beer garden, beauty bar, plant store, several boutiques and a variety of restaurants with more merchants announced.
