Pint & Provisions (P&P) and Pace Lynch are excited to announce a new craft brewery is well underway in Senoia, GA, the historic Coweta County, Georgia town south of Atlanta, home to filming of AMC’s famed The Walking Dead series. The brewery is slated to open in early 2023.
“We couldn’t be happier to announce the long-awaited opening of P&P which will be a great complement to other locally owned and operated concepts in Downtown Senoia including The Curious Kitchen & Bar, Nic & Norman’s Senoia, Bistro Hillary, Senoia Coffee & Café and so many others,” said Jason Pace, Principal of Pace Lynch. “P&P will be a ‘must hit’ brewery destination for South Metro Atlanta and will add perfectly to the vibrant historic city of Senoia.”
In addition to an incredible craft beer experience, the iconic Main Street Senoia location offers future patrons rich history, a true connection to Georgia’s film and entertainment industry, walkability within one of Coweta’s downtown entertainment districts, convenient shops, chef-driven restaurants, beautiful homes both new and historic, public greenspace with footpaths, and a weekly farmers market. Pint & Provisions founders have personal ties to Coweta and neighboring Fayette County and have a passion for creating great places for the local community.
The historic building that will house Pint & Provisions is located next to the wildly popular Nic & Norman’s Senoia restaurant owned by The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus and Greg Nicotero. Originally built in the 1920s, the 3,830-square-foot building has been owned by the town’s beloved McKnight Family since its original construction until an affiliate of South Atlanta real estate firm, Pace Lynch, purchased the property in 2021. Now nearly fully renovated by Pace Lynch, the craft brewery will feature a generously sized Tankroom, housing Mueller Serving Tanks procured from the Netherlands, a custom 7bbl brew house and cellar tanks from Alpha Brewing Operations based out of Lincoln, Nebraska, newly completed front patios, a private event hall and a fully furnished rear beer garden known simply as the “Tapyard.”
“The beauty and functionality of 14 Mueller Serving Beer Tanks were a perfect fit for this venue,” said Jon Sprenger of Paul Mueller Company. “Customers will notice fresher, more flavorful beer at the tap, plus they reduce waste and increase productivity from a management perspective.”
The Pint & Provisions name alludes to the 1920s and 30s when the art deco movement transcended through the U.S. and speakeasies served as a place for all members of the community to gather and mingle. The dual approach of the name “Pint & Provisions” captures the idea that the microbrewery’s offerings are almost entirely centered on, but not limited to the supply of locally brewed craft beer, which will have a focus on different styles of lagers, hop-forward styles like west coast and hazy IPAs, culinary-inspired stouts along with big fruit-forward kettle sours. There will be a respectful attempt at traditionally influenced styles while adding the brewery’s own creative touch throughout the process. The term “Provisions” insinuates a thoughtful and ample to live music, local food trucks, local food ordering capability, carefully curated P&P merchandise, planned events and the feeling of community.
