Join the Newnan Carnegie Library and Sea Glass Therapy on August 30th at 2:30pm, National Grief Awareness Day, for a free discussion on the topic of grief, what it is, and ways we can cope when we are feeling it.
“Grief is something that we all feel in our lives at some point. As we move through grief it is helpful to know some important coping strategies,” says Carnegie Director, Susan Crutchfield. “We decided to bring in an expert in to discuss these strategies and guide us through our journey of grief.”
Online registration is required for this event, so please visit the Newnan Carnegie Library website calendar page to sign up.
