UWG seeks recollections of RFK visit to campus

(Last Updated On: September 16, 2022)

The University of West Georgia is endeavoring to capture the recollections of community members who were present for Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy’s visit to UWG in May 1964.

If you were present for the visit to dedicate John F. Kennedy Chapel, know someone who was, or have distinct memories of the day, please contact UWG at [email protected]. If selected, your remembrances may be used as part of a historical project UWG has launched to tell the story of Kennedy Chapel, an interfaith place of worship on UWG’s campus.
