Chase Skipper Earns 3 rd Place in Tractor Competition

Central High School senior, Chase Skipper, earned 3rd place in the Area 1 Agricultural Tractor and Machinery Operations and Maintenance Career Development Event. The Tractor and Machinery Operations and Maintenance CDE is designed to develop skills in operating tractors and various pieces of machinery safely, as well as maintaining the tractor and machinery in a safe and productive matter.

The CDE event is open to students grades 9-12 who are agricultural education students, and are paid members of chartered FFA chapters. Chapters are limited to one (1) CDE contestant per chapter. Agriculture instructors are Mr. Stanley Clarke and Dr. Darin Baldwin.
