Central High School senior Hunter Duncan was recently awarded an academic scholarship from Mississippi State University. The award was announced through the Mississippi State University Scholarship Committee, Office of Admissions and Scholarships. As a non-residential award recipient, Hunter will receive a total of $34,000 during his 4-years with MSU. He plans to study physical therapy, kinesiology, and coaching. Hunter was congratulated by Central High School Principal Mr. Kelly Edwards. He is the son of Candi and Joshua Duncan of Carrollton.
