Chick-fil-A Plans Under Review to join Publix and Starbucks in LaGrange

The offerings coming to Merganser Commons at Hills and Dales Farm Road in LaGrange just got sweeter and cooler. The City Menus recently discovered site plans posted by the developer, Columbia Properties, showing that Starbucks and Chick-fil-A have both signed on to take two out parcels in front of the shopping center which anchors Publix.

The city of LaGrange confirmed before Thanksgiving with The City Menus that plans are currently under review for the new Chick-fil-A; however the plans for Starbucks have not yet been received. We also reached out to Chick-fil-A corporate which was unable to confirm the new location at the present time.

This will be the second location for Starbucks in town, as the coffee shop has a corner spot on LaFayette Parkway near South Davis Road. Chick-fil-A has locations on Lafayette Parkway and Commerce Avenue. In addition, Elite Nail Spa will also be coming to the development; this will be its second location. Recently Elite Nail Spa opened at the LaGrange Mall outparcel center next to Kay’s Jewelers and Chicken Salad Chick. There isn’t any word yet on when these stores will be completed and opened.

Stay tuned to The City Menus for more information as it becomes available.
