Central High School Beta Club Inducts New Members

Central High School’s Beta Club hosted their annual induction ceremony earlier in December. Club officers are President Owen Warren, Vice President Jesus Ortega, Treasurer Addison Denney, and Media Relations and Historian Jaidyn Kierbow.

The Central High School Beta Club chapter inducted more than 75 students into their ranks. The club boasts nearly 220 members and is one of the strongest service organizations on campus. “Our club members embrace the concept of giving back. We serve our fellow students, school and community through various projects, like the Christmas Assistance Program,” said club sponsor Ms. Liz Beverly. The Christmas Assistance Program supports families in need during the holiday season and is coordinated by Partners Advancing Student Success (PASS).

Beta Club is the largest independent, non-profit, educational youth organization in America. The mission of Beta Club is to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students.
