Here to Stay with the Good Stuff, New Coffeehouse Now Open in Paulding

(Last Updated On: December 30, 2022)

The latest and greatest coffee house in Dallas is now open! Good Stuff Coffeehouse is now open at 109 West Spring Street in Downtown Dallas. Originally a pool hall, then an office supply store as well as an apartment, the historic building has been completely gutted and renovated while still preserving most of the original features of the building. “We wanted to keep the original bricks and keep it looking vintage with a modern feel,” said owner and founder Victoria Pace.

Coffee enthusiasts can enjoy a wide variety of local coffee roasts from Valor Coffee based in Alpharetta. “Locally sourced coffee tastes different. The freshness of the beans makes every sip enjoyable. I have been drinking Valor Coffee for years,” said Victoria. “Good coffee comes from good people, and you get that from Valor Coffee.”

From traditional hot coffee, to cold brew, to authentic custom teas, there is something to please the palate of all customers. A fan favorite is the Georgia Grey tea, which is a spin on the traditional Earl Grey tea. They also offer hot chocolate for kids who don’t enjoy coffee and tea the way adults do. There is something for everybody! Come down and get some of the good stuff! “One thing I can definitely say is that we are here to stay in Dallas with the Good Stuff,” promised Victoria.

Good Stuff Coffeehouse is located at 109 West Spring Street in Downtown Dallas. They are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. They can be reached at 678-540-8440. Make sure to check their Facebook for updated Christmas Holiday hours, click here.
