The Coweta Community Foundation (CCF) announced recipients of their 2022 Traditional Grants during a live stream on Facebook this morning in a record-breaking $117,472 distribution of funds and an additional $1,500 of in-kind donations through its Mentorship Program.
“It is an honor to be able to support so many organizations through our Traditional Grant Cycle,” said Kristin Webb, executive director. “With so many worthy causes, the decisions were not easy, because each organization is deserving. Awards were given to 31 nonprofit organizations that represent small to medium organizations and some larger organizations serving Coweta residents. The grants range in amounts from $500 to $5,000 each, representing a broad range of services.”

“This has been a challenging two years for many nonprofit organizations, and it is our honor to support them through our Traditional Grants,” Webb said on Thursday. “Today marks another milestone for our organization, and we are honored to share it with those that do so much in our communities.”
Each year, CCF approves and partners with over 50 organizations throughout Georgia and provides funds to support important causes including the arts, education, health and human services, animal rescues and therapies, women and children, and disaster recovery and relief. Over the past 25 years, CCF has distributed over $2.5 million to worthy organizations through its grants program.
