The first month of 2023 is turning out to bring a tide of change at Newnan’s Ashley Park, a regional open-air shopping center professionally leased and managed by Centennial. Several new additions in shopping and dining are underway at the center including Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming, Iron Age Korean Steakhouse, European Wax Center, Banter by Piercing Pagoda, and Christopher Ryan Home Furnishings.
Woof Gang Bakery recently put signage up at their new location which takes the place of Computer Advantage’s long standing spot. Computer Advantage is currently looking for a new location in the Newnan area; those needing to reach the store can still email them at [email protected]. Twisted Peach Boutique, which is located next door to the former Computer Advantage, is also leaving Ashley Park. According to signage along with several social media announcements, Twisted Peach is moving to 284-A Bullsboro Drive near Sugars Boutique in Newnan.
My Sanctuary Girl also recently vacated their space in the center. To learn more about My Sanctuary Girl’s exit and new season click here.
European Wax Center is currently moving fast with their buildout across from DSW. Christopher Ryan Home Furnishings is in the final stages of their opening. We noticed several pieces of furniture that have arrived and are currently being placed. They are located adjacent to the Management Office at Ashley Park.
