There is exciting action where Lora Smith Road intersects Georgia Highway 34 in Newnan. Set to be complete by 2024’s first quarter, this new development will stand in the intersection’s southeast corner and will feature over 17,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, adding even more shopping and dining options to the area.

Riverwood Properties, L. L. C. has published information brochures with leasing information and site plans, citing enticing reasons for businesses to set up shop at the new development. The 6,800 square feet of restaurant space will include patio space facing Highway 34. The complex will also provide 141 parking spaces with access points at both roads.
