HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern Expands to Peachtree City in 2024

Residents and visitors to Peachtree City can look forward to a fun, vibrant new dining option when HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern opens its newest location at The Avenue Peachtree City in early 2024. HOBNOB will make its home in a new phase under construction of the outdoor, pedestrian-friendly development that offers a dynamic mix of national retailers, local merchants, and restaurants, just 40 miles south of downtown Atlanta.

This will be Big Table Restaurants’ sixth metro-Atlanta HOBNOB location. Like the other HOBNOB restaurants, the Peachtree City restaurant will offer refined local fare in a friendly, neighborhood setting. HOBNOB is known for great burgers, weekend brunch, an extensive bourbon list and a commitment to each community in which it is located. The new tavern will be a welcoming destination for guests to watch their favorite sports on numerous TVs, play one of the many board games and enjoy weekly specials like Tuesday Trivia and Whiskey Wednesday.

“We’re very excited to bring HOBNOB to the vibrant community of Peachtree City,” says Sean Yeremyan, co-owner of Big Table Restaurants. “We can’t wait to welcome guests to experience the food they’ve come to know and love at our other locations along with our amazing bourbon list and special events.”

Big Table Restaurants is a successful and fast-growing Georgia company. Co-owned by Yeremyan and his wife Becky, it is the parent company of HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern, Cattleshed Wine & Steak Bar and Big Table Events & Catering. Big Table Restaurants was a 2022 Atlanta Business Chronicle Pacesetter Awards honoree (13th fastest-growing private company in metro Atlanta and the fastest-growing among local hospitality companies), and Sean Yeremyan was among the 2022 Georgia Titan 100 honorees recognizing the state’s top 100 CEOs and c-level executives.

The lease for the Peachtree City location was brokered by Penelope Cheroff, president and founder of The Cheroff Group, a full-service brokerage and consulting firm that specializes in the retail and restaurant industries. Cheroff has more than 25 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker and consultant.

HOBNOB Peachtree City will be located at 240 City Circle and will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, with weekly specials and live entertainment on weekends.
