Beloved Restaurant Dedicated to Late Owner

(Last Updated On: June 2, 2023)

Carrollton’s Maple Street Diner will now be called Pollard’s Restaurant after the restaurant’s late owner, Kim Pollard. The beloved owner passed away in late April, but her family is choosing to continue her memory by naming the restaurant after her, an employee of five years shares.

The small diner, located conveniently near the University of West Georgia, will still feature fresh, housemade meals at reasonable prices and continue to source their ingredients from local farmers and meat processors.

Pollard’s will hopefully be opening Monday, June 5th. They are located at 1201 Maple Street in Carrollton. The public can also follow their new Facebook page, Pollard’s Restaurant, here.
