West Georgia farmers, gardeners, canners, and crafters, attention! GB Farms in Bowdon wants additional vendors for their Farmer’s Market at 463 Kent Road. The lot already features many farmers selling their extra animals, and there is plenty of room for local produce farmers and anyone else who grows or creates their own products.
Owner and operator Rosie Haney explains that since opening the market back in January, she has attracted hard-working, creative locals looking for an outlet. Currently, vendors bring baked and canned goods, goats, chickens, and even handmade birdhouses.
Vendors must bring their own tents and tables. A porta-potty is available on site.
Interested vendors can contact Rosie Haney at 770-314-5273 to sign up or for more information. The market meets on Saturdays from 8:00 A. M. to 12:00 P. M. and Sundays from 2:00 P. M. to 6:00 P.
