The Office of the Tax Commissioner, Tag/Tax Office is MOVING! As you may know progress is underway to temporarily relocate county departments located currently at the College Street location to the temporary location at 997 Newnan Road, Carrollton, (the former West Georgia Technical College). This is in preparation for the new Administration Building that will be constructed at the College Street site.
The Tax Commissioner’s Office will be CLOSED MONDAY, JULY 24, 2023, for transition and will RE-OPEN TUESDAY, JULY 25, 2023, AT 8:00 A.M. at the 997 Newnan Road, Carrollton, location and they will be ready to serve all your needs! Please contact them at 770-830-5800 with any emergencies that should arise during the transition period.
