Peachtree City celebrated its Purple Heart veterans last week, with a ceremony and flag-raising at the City Hall Veterans Memorial.
Local VFW chapters joined City Council members Frank Destadio, Clint Holland, Mike King, and Phil Prebor to honor those wounded in action with a proclamation designating August 7, 2023, Purple Heart Day in Peachtree City.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who served. We remain eternally grateful for their sacrifices.
