Guided Meditation and Breathing: Breathe Easier at the Carnegie

Join the Newnan Carnegie Library and Misty Caples, Yoga Instructor, September 9th at 11:00am where we will be hosting a free Guided Meditation and Breathing Exercise session. Put your mind at ease and make this week an easier one. Bring your own yoga mat. Carnegie mats are available to use while supplies last.

“Misty has been absolutely incredible! If you haven’t had the chance to take one of her classes yet, you definitely should try to take this one,” says Jessica Dunnington, the Newnan Carnegie Library Program Associate.

Online registration is required for this event, so please visit the Newnan Carnegie Library website calendar page to sign up.
