Tallapoosa Pilot Landing a Renovation

A local travel center is expected to get a refresh very soon. Last week The City Menus uncovered renovation plans for the Pilot at I-20 and Georgia Highway 100 (Exit 5). Highlights of the renovation include installation of self-checkouts, and overhaul and reorganization of the self-service hot food and beverage areas, updated equipment throughout the store, bathroom, shower, and laundry area renovations, and an overall refresh of both the interior and exterior facades including for the attached Taco Bell. The Tallapoosa location is the third location in our coverage area to receive a face life as both the Temple and Villa Rica locations were renovated in the last two years, though this update does not appear to be as intense as the others received. Start and completion dates for the project have not been finalized yet. Stay tuned to The City Menus for more updates on this project as we receive them.
