City of LaGrange Employee Kenny O’Dell Honored for 25 Years of Service

Kenny O’Dell was honored for 25 years of service at the LaGrange City Council meeting on September 12th.

The City of LaGrange is honoring Employee Kenny O’Dell for his dedicated 25 years of service.

O’Dell was hired by the City of LaGrange in August 1998. He began his career working with a distribution crew as the hole man. Along with this position, he helped service trucks when needed and eventually obtained his own service truck. O’Dell was promoted to his current role as the meter maintenance supervisor in 2006. Since then, he obtained multiple certifications including his distribution license, water operations license, and backflow certification through the State of Georgia.

Kenny’s favorite part of the job is helping customers and his coworkers. When not at work, Kenny enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
