Central High School recognized two (2) outstanding athletes as August Athlete of the Month. Lexi Warren plays varsity softball and is the starting pitcher for the team. Ty Brewer is the Lions football team captain and plays middle linebacker. Students are recognized for their commitment to academics as well as their commitment to their sport. “We chose Lexi and Ty as our Athletes of the Month because of the dedication and drive they have to win, both on the field and off,” said Principal Edwards.
