Meet The Evans Family, Brown Dog Eatery’s New Owners

A popular downtown Carrollton restaurant is now under new ownership. Brown Dog Eatery, located right off Adamson Square near The Amp, is now owned by Greg and Mallory Evans. The couple acquired the restaurant in June of 2023. While visiting Downtown Carrollton and Brown Dog, the Evans became interested in the establishment. “We knew instantly it was something really special,” Mallory said. At the moment, there are not any major changes in the place, but they are always listening to their customers’ recommendations about specials they would like to see. “But, Brown Dog is a beloved local spot, and we’re devoted to continuing that, not changing it,” Mallory said.

Long term the Evans plan to love and care for their staff,  serve their customers with excellence, and continue to serve delicious food and drinks. You can visit Brown Dog at 202 Bradley Street A, Monday through Saturday 11:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. and Sunday 11:00 A.M. through 3:00 P.M. For any questions, call 678-890-1002.
