Trilith today announced CT Cantina & Taqueria will open this Saturday in the community’s retail and restaurant district, Town Centre. The restaurant will offer fresh Mexican dishes such as street tacos, tamales, esquite and more during brunch, lunch and dinner hours.
Founder Rafael Jaime and his brother arrived in California from Mexico in 1979, with only hope and a promise to support their family back home. With that determination, Rafael began his career in the restaurant industry and quickly worked his way up the managerial food chain to become a managing partner in 1989 for El Rodeo. Since then, Rafael has opened several restaurants in the Atlanta area and beyond, providing ownership opportunities for others throughout his journey. These deeds earned him the Lifetime Achievement in Business Excellence award from the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
“We strive to find dynamic and inviting homes for our restaurants which is why Trilith is the perfect fit,” said Jaime. “We’re thrilled to expand the CT Tacos family and can’t wait to bring our contemporary world flavor to Fayetteville.”
Trilith’s master-planned community aims to provide a one-of-a-kind food experience from Atlanta’s top chefs. CT Cantina & Taqueria joins some of the best-known chefs and rising stars that Atlanta has to offer as well as a group of hand-selected shops and experiences designed to create a unique and thriving community for residents and guests. In addition to CT Cantina & Taqueria, Town Centre features innovative sushi, a high-end steak house, a traditional diner experience, and much more.
“We were so excited to find a family owned and operated restaurant that could deliver authentic Mexican food here at Trilith”, said Rob Parker, president of Trilith. “CT Cantina & Taqueria will be a remarkable addition to both Trilith and South Metro Atlanta.”
CT Cantina & Taqueria will offer lunch and dinner options to guests along with a loyalty and rewards program where users receive discounts on meals. The restaurant also holds the “CT Tacos Food Challenge” in which participants must eat 50 mini tacos in under 50 minutes to win a shirt and the challenge meal for free.
Located at 305 Trilith Pkwy STE. 350, CT Cantina & Taqueria will be open Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. until 11 p.m.
