Since February The City Menus has been following a few tips about a Waffle House coming to Bowdon along with one to Buchanan. It was confirmed by a Waffle House employee at a hiring event that indeed two new stores were opening in the area. We now feel comfortable, based on a Facebook post made in the past few days, that Waffle House will indeed take the spot of the former Rollins Automotive in Bowdon.
The Facebook post reads in full, “We would like to thank everyone that purchased items and salvaged construction items from us this week! Building should be torn down the end of next week. So long, Rollins Automotive. Hello, Waffle House!”
The Carrollton Waffle House recently announced all locations are currently accepting applications. Hourly employees are offered a range of benefits including health insurance, paid maternity leave, paid time off, career advancement, and flexible schedules. Interested individuals can apply online or in person to speak with a unit manager about potential employment.
