Bremen welcomed a new brick-oven pizza restaurant earlier this year. The building has a new custom-built brick oven and has been expanded to allow both more seating and a wider variety of food options. From typical American pub food to custom brick-oven pizzas with homemade dough and ingredients, there is something for everybody at The Brick!
Owner Jeremy Church teamed up with the owner of The Grill Downtown, Ty Cartwright. Jeremy bought the vacant space next to The Grill, expanded it, and put in a brick oven. “All the ingredients are fresh, and we make as much from scratch as we can,” said Jeremy.
“We use my own recipe for pizza dough, which includes cornmeal in the mixture.” Guests can order whatever they like from either side of the restaurant with the shared kitchen. The grill and brick oven work in tandem, serving guests the full menu across the expanded dining area.
Now that both buildings are owned jointly, space in the back has been created to allow for meetings, parties, and other events. A private area is available for rent and can accommodate events up to 35 people. This expansion makes The Brick a great fit for corporate events, parties, rehearsal dinners, and family reunions large or small.
The space is also utilized for live music. Many local bands and the community show up to have a good time while The Brick hosts guests for late night events.
The Brick is located at 224 Main Street in Bremen. The space can be booked by emailing The Grill [email protected]
During business hours, The Grill can be reached by phone at (770) 537-2261, and you can check out their facebook page for their menu as well as future announcements about live music nights!
