Central High School senior Christopher Dedman signed to play golf with the University of West Georgia this morning.
Dedman is the first golf athlete to sign with a D1 institution. Head Golf Coach Don Riggins said, “We are so proud that Christopher is our first Central Lion athlete to sign with the University of West Georgia as a D1 school!”
Christopher plans to study sports management in the fall. He was joined by his family and fellow team members for the signing ceremony.
