“I am very excited to bring Kim home to Carroll County! I’m so happy to have my son working in the family business so I’m pleased for Kim’s family that she will now be home earlier. Having Kim is a plus for our citizens as the decisions she makes and recommends to the Board of Commissioners affect her living here. Plus, with her being involved in the community will give Kim the ability to know where we want to go in growth and what we want to preserve.” Chairman Michelle Morgan said in a statement.
Community Development Director Ben Skipper introduced Kim to the Board of Commissioners at the meeting held earlier this week and stated he was proud to have her on board and they share a work history together and believes she will bring a lot of experience and knowledge to the job and he looks forward to working alongside her and Kim looks forward to working with the board.
“I am excited to join the County and I am looking forward to serving the citizens of Carroll County.” Said Kim Dutton on her new position.
Kim grew up in Carroll County and is a Central High School graduate. She lives with her husband and three children in Carrollton.
