The city of Villa Rica recently provided us a list of new outparcel businesses under construction at Fuqua’s Publix development. Currently a Dunkin’ and Smoothie King are under construction. Soon Wendy’s, Mavis Tire, Chase Bank, Circle K, and Tidal Wave Auto Spa will also join the outparcel spaces of the new shopping center. It is unclear at this time what businesses will occupy the actual shopping center with Publix. We expect to learn more in the coming weeks about those particular tenants.
