Looking for an opportunity to volunteer during this busy holiday season? Help is needed at the temporary warming shelter at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Parish Hall Tuesday and Wednesday, November 28 and 29.
Volunteer needs include two on Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., two overnight Wednesday, and two on Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If you can’t volunteer to be at the shelter, please consider helping with meals, including breakfast Wednesday and Thursday mornings, bag lunches Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, and dinner Wednesday evening. Lastly, please help get the word out to those who are unsheltered so they know they have a safe, warm place to go during these upcoming cold nights.
