Central High School senior Megan Cook was awarded the McDonald’s Leadership Award by local franchise owners David and Merry Neisler.
To be considered for the award the student must have a high grade point average, be active in both student and community events, as well as being grounded in good character.
Megan is an athlete, playing on both the region champion and state champion softball teams at 1s base all four (4) years of high school.
Megan was awarded a medallion to wear during graduation as well as a $500 scholarship.
