The former Sam’s House at 108 Alabama Street in downtown Carrollton will soon open as SNM 108. The restaurant is currently hiring for all positions. As you can tell by the photo, the restaurant will carry a mix of Japanese and Korean inspired cuisine. There is even a box in the window with samples of what is to come. We found that to be quite neat! Earlier this year we noticed a ton of work happening to the interior of the building; updated floors, closed in kitchen, the BBQ smell completely gone, and cheerful owners telling us then it would be something unique for the Square.
