Construction Coming to Senoia for Retail Development

At the junction of GA-74 (end of Joel Cowan Parkway) and GA-85 stands a lone sign with a yellow and green sunflower design and the letters “BP.” Commuters of the area can expect a development of a new BP gas station and convenience store. According to the construction plans the site will include retail, restaurant, and a coffee space, totaling 10,750 square feet. Construction is scheduled to start June 20th.

Named developer of the project, Samirli Sayani said, “we don’t have any info” regarding prospective tenants and he is unable to comment on BP plans at this time.
