The Heard County Chamber of Commerce is excited to continue the tradition of Summer Fest on the square in downtown Franklin, GA on Saturday, July 6, 4:00 P.M. – 10 P.M. Folks, young and old, are invited to come out and enjoy great food, good music, and some fantastic fireworks. Free Admission.
This family-friendly festival will provide a wide array of foods that will surely tantalize your taste buds. Funnel cakes, ice cream, snow cones, hamburgers, hot dogs, wings, philly cheese steak, bbq, stew, and kabobs are some of the many foods that will be available during the festival.
The square in beautiful downtown Franklin, GA will be sizzling as it highlights some surrounding area talent. At 7:30 P.M. the Chase Tibbits and the Indian Summer Band will perform under gazebo. Also, at 8:00 P.M. till 9:50 P.M. , D.J. Rick Gore will be playing hits and patriotic music before and during the fireworks. So, grab your blankets, friends, and family and watch the fantastic fireworks display presented at 9:30 P.M. over the Chattahoochee River.
