The Avenue Peachtree City’s Four New Tenants Bring Furniture, Fashion, Fitness and Food to Town

The Avenue Peachtree City announced today four new tenants — Arhaus, Kendra Scott, Motivate Studios and 9292 Korean BBQ — are now open, expanding its unique offerings for visitors.

“From furniture and jewelry to fitness and food, our new tenants complement our already vibrant mix of retailers, restaurants and service providers — making us a one-stop-shop for everything our guests need,” said Johnathan Andrews, general manager at The Avenue Peachtree City. “We’re certain these newcomers will be a big hit with the Peachtree City community and are glad to celebrate their openings just in time for the fall season.”

New tenants now open at The Avenue Peachtree City:

Arhaus Studio

Founded in 1986, Arhaus partners with artisans around the world to create beautiful, heirloom-quality pieces for the entire home that can be used, and loved, for generations. Located in a 7,085-square-foot space between Souls by LT and fab’rik, the Arhaus Studio will offer an intimate experience where homeowners and industry professionals alike can enjoy personal service and furniture customization from Arhaus’ expert team of designers, both in person and virtually.

Kendra Scott

Known for its design and material innovation, use of color and signature shapes, Kendra Scott offers fashion, demi-fine and fine Jewelry, watches, engagement rings, fragrances, home accessories and a men’s collection, Scott Bros. by Kendra Scott. New to the local market, the retailer is now open in a 2,000-square-foot space between the European Wax Center and Warby Parker.

Motivate Studios

California-based Motivate Studios is a Pilates studio specializing in the Lagree Fitness Method and offering a fun, engaging and welcoming place for people to feel strong. The first location on the East Coast and in Georgia, The Avenue Peachtree City studio is located in a 2,000-square-foot space between Heirloom Donuts and LensCrafters.

9292 Korean BBQ

A locally owned and operated Korean barbeque restaurant, 9292 Korean BBQ offers an authentic experience where guests can prepare their feast on hot charcoal grills around the table. The restaurant is located in an 8,015-square-foot space between Victoria’s Secret and Jos. A. Bank.

In addition to these new tenants, retailer American Eagle Outfitters has completed its renovation and reopened in its space next to Claire’s and European Wax Center.
