We are excited to announce that 3:16 Family Medicine Infusion Therapy Center will be hosting a Diabetic Health Fair at our Carrollton Infusion Therapy/Urgent Care Center on November 7th from 4pm-6pm.
This event is aimed at providing valuable resources, information, and education for patients and caregivers who are living with diabetes. Our goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health and better manage their diagnosis.
The Diabetic Health Fair will feature Q&A sessions with healthcare professionals, interactive educational activities, and free resources to help you understand and navigate the challenges of diabetes. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with diabetes for years, this event is designed to support you in your journey towards better health.
We invite you to join us for an evening of learning, networking, and empowerment. Together, we can work towards improving the lives of those living with diabetes.
