The Pharmacy Place To Move Around the Corner in Peachtree City

The Pharmacy Place in Peachtree City will be relocating between the middle and end of January 2025. The move is due to consistent growth and the need for a larger pharmacy space to better serve their customers.

“We’ve outgrown our current spot,” says Fafi Mekawi, the office manager, and “[i]t’s either you close or you grow.”

“As a retail pharmacy, we’re doing great. We need a little bit more space for the retail, and what’s more important is our compounding section.”

If you’re interested to know, compounding refers to the process of mixing medications in the pharmacy to meet a patient’s specific needs. The Pharmacy Place offers custom compounding services for patients who may be restricted by certain ingredients, require specific dosages, need the medication topically, or need harder to find medications.

The new location will expand on those services. “[T]here’s going to be a whole section in the new pharmacy that’s dedicated to compounding,” says Fafi.

The expansion wouldn’t have been possible without the support of their customers. “Our business is doing good because of their support. If it weren’t because of the community, we wouldn’t be here.”

The new location for The Pharmacy Place will be at 2035 Commerce Drive North, right across from McAllister’s near Highway 74. Find more information on their website here.

In related news, Ageless Wellness will be moving into the same building, offering their services to the community next to The Pharmacy Place.
