Site plans for a longstanding undeveloped area named Westside Court in Sargent indicate the possibility of a Dollar General. The plans submitted to Coweta County Community Development show construction for a pump installation. Currently there is a road, sanitary sewer, public water, and a storm drain which were already installed years ago.
The developer is installing two pumps into the existing wet well and will include electrical components for the pumps that will be connected to the proposed site electrical system.
