PONKO Chicken has submitted construction plans for the first ever PONKO Drive-Thru quick serve restaurant. According to Executive VP and CFO, Ekow Wilmot, the restaurant is set to open during late 2025. PONKO Chicken will be located at 160 Glenda Trace near Foxtail Coffee and the Publix Shopping Center in Thomas Crossroads. Ample outdoor seating will be added for customers to enjoy.
PONKO Chicken serves Japanese styled chicken including, chicken tenders and sandwiches with PONKO’s signature sauced added throughout. They even have some vegan options on the menu.
