REKT Inc has announced that its Rage Room and Axe Throwing venue, located beside the movie theater, will permanently close on May 27. The company confirmed that it will remain open through Memorial Day for one final celebration.
The closure comes as the company prepares to relocate and refocus its efforts on future opportunities. While the venue has been a popular destination for stress relief and entertainment, the decision to close was made as part of a broader transition plan.
The location has served thousands of guests over the years, earning more than 1,300 five-star reviews and receiving national media coverage. REKT Inc stated that the experience has been a valuable one for the team and expressed gratitude for the community’s support.
The company’s Escape Room location on Highway 27 will remain open, and guests are encouraged to visit the upgraded Newnan facility at 265 Temple Ave., operated under Lock City Adventures – Newnan.
A warehouse sale will be held from May 27 through May 31, offering items the company does not plan to move. Community members are welcome to stop by and take part.
